South Gloucestershire Cabinet Member for Climate and Nature Emergency, Cllr Louise Harris, has vehemently condemned Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's decision to authorize hundreds of new oil drilling licenses in the North Sea.
Louise Harris and Cheryl Kirby both have long histories of public service in the Dodington ward area. They have championed the protection of our local environment, public transport services and local amenities, and have campaigned to keep South Gloucestershire Council accountable to the Public.
Louise and Cheryl received nearly 1900 more votes than their Conservative opposition in the 2023 local elections.
